I apologize......

I apologize.....I have been busy.....and have not been a good blogger this week.  Will you forgive me?

I got a new book this week and all I have wanted to do is stay inside and read.  Have you ever done that?  In fact, I LOVE this book so much....I'm considering mailing a copy to "my peeps" classrooms....would you like that?

It's all about a dog, Charlie, who looks and acts just like me....he is hilarious! (If I do say so myself) I was thinking about watching the royal wedding tomorrow and then I heard that there were no dogs allowed!  Say what?  Forget about it!  Who needs the stuffy royal wedding anyway....I think I will go to the dog park!

Hump day.......a day to chill!

I'm exhausted after telling you my secret!  Thinking about just chillin on this fine, hump day!

My secret.......

Here it goes:

Last September, I started a brand new life with my forever family!  I had been neglected and not treated well with my former family.  So I had been living in a shelter, waiting for my "forever family" to find me!

Here I am in my "forever family's" bed after just living there for  few nights.

I loved sleeping with them until one night.......for reason's I can't even explain I bit the Mr. when he came to bed.  I mean I just didn't bite him....I went crazy!  I'm not sure if he did something to scare me, something that made me mad or something that reminded me of another person in my former life that wasn't very nice.....what ever it was....I did something I'm not very proud of.

A few days past and they decided to try to let me in the bed again.....I bit him again.

Needless to say.....Mallone does not get to sleep in bed with my "forever family" anymore.  Boy, I sure wish I could take it back....but I can't.  It happened...what can I say?  The craziest part....is my "forever family" still loves me.  They still walk me everyday and night, play with me, pet me, brush me  and give me baths.  They didn't hit me or take me back to the shelter.

I'm still not sure why I reacted the way I did but I do know that I now know what unconditional love is....it's family!  No matter what....they will always love me.....no matter what!!!!!!

I'm sure some of you are wondering........

But yes..... my Mr. still loves me....and my Mrs.......

helped me write this blog!  It was very hard to tell my you my secret.....all I can say is I am sorry and I will try to be better.  Do you still love me?  I definitely, still love my peeps.

Lesson:  Don't hold on to your secrets.  It will tear you up on the inside.  Find someone you love and trust and tell them.....the truth will set you free!

P.S.  What's this I hear about my pal Joey having two chocolate cupcakes last week!  Woo Hoo....gotta love it you crazy dude!

Shhhhh....I have a secret.....

Yes...I have a secret that I have wanted to share for awhile but I am still not sure.  I am going to talk with Miss Scheetz and Mrs. Donaldson about sharing it with you next week.

My secret has been tearing me up inside and I am hoping that after you hear my secret that you will not judge me.

The dangers of feeding cats.....

Remember last week when my friend Joey came to visit?

Well, when he arrived Joey wasn't flat.  He was a normal, cute first grader from St. Joseph. First thing I did was introduced him to our kitty.....well, then Joey wanted to feed the kitty!  Big mistake!  Once Joey got by the food, I had a hunger attack that was so huge....I accidentally knocked the cat food over on Joey while trying to have a "small snack."  oops!

The cat food was a large bag full of cat food and it fell on Joey.......poor Joey!

Don't worry kid...Mallone still loves you...just the way you are!

Get happy...it's music Monday!

Mondays are hard but not when they start with some good music.  This week's selection is an oldie but a goodie!  It is a great song that always make me think of home....there really is nothing better than the comforts of home...something I didn't know about until my "forever family" adopted me and gave me a home.
